Selling a home can be an emotional process for many.  I am very sensitive to this and would never put any seller in a position of discomfort.  There is always ongoing communication throughout every step of the process.

WHAT IS MY HOME WORTH?

I work with a very sophisticated team. Together, we first tour your home, take diligent notes, and then prepare a thorough CMA (comparative market analysis).  The CMA is a comprehensive snapshot of the current market.  Our local markets are always changing; being current is crucial.  The CMA includes currently active homes, recently sold homes, overall market trends, and of course the price proposal.  Our extensive experience in specializing in unique homes is apparent through our success in past home sales. You will feel confident knowing you are in the hands of a capable, experienced, and knowledgeable team.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET ON THE MARKET?

I work efficiently and effectively in listing a house on MLS.  The turn-around time is typically one to two weeks.  I work with the best real estate photographers in the business, who will make your home shine in its best light.  The photographs are incredibly important as it’s the first time your potential buyer will see your house.  That first impression is what drives the showing appointments, so making sure your house is picture-ready is absolutely imperative.

WHAT DO I NEED BEFORE A LISTING?

As a certified Staging Agent, I offer my sellers the upper hand in getting their home ready for sale.
I will review the principles of preparing your home to show.  There are some basic concepts every seller should know and understand.   

I will cover all these essential items when we meet in person.

HOW WILL MY HOME BE MARKETED?

Marketing your home effectively requires a vibrant marketing plan.  Most home searches today start online.  Our progressive marketing plans include all mediums of advertising. Social media, Google, Zillow, Trulia, etc. reach buyers both local and as far as international.  Print ads are always a part of our marketing plan as well.  Our reach is thorough and effective.  I will further explain all the details of successful marketing and advertising when we meet.
